I attended Montana State University where I studied in the School of Architecture. After receiving my Bachelors Degree, I continued and graduated with a Masters of Architecture. I joined Bayliss Architects while I was still in school as an intern. Once I graduated I was hired on full time and have been working here since.

“My drive comes from expressing my creativity through various outlets.”

Communicating ideas clearly through drawing and sketching

Creating 3D space in a visually pleasing manner

"Traveling has given me a new perspective and a fresh source for inspiration. I was lucky enough to be immersed in the bicycle culture for a summer in Copenhagen, Denmark where I realized how important it is to observe from a different viewpoint."

INSPIRATION

A Montana native, Dustin has worked on and off as a carpenter in the Bozeman area since 2004.  In 2015 he received his Masters of Architecture from Montana State University.  After graduating, he briefly worked as an intern at A&E Architects prior to joining the team at Bayliss Architects and has achieved certification as a Passive House Consultant.

"I am driven by the challenge to continually find ways to add value to whatever I am working on."

Dustin has a high level of craftsmanship in drawing, painting, and wood working, which has given him a strong base that applies directly into the profession of architecture.

"Ideals of harmony between our social and natural environments."
